Learning to accept and cope with the realities of a mental health challenge can be overwhelming for both the individual and family.   We can help navigate the complex mental health system and provide referrals.  We will establish goals to maximize one’s community involvement, independence, confidence and quality of life.

Recovery Support

As firm believers in the 12-step philosophies, we will promote these programs as effective resources toward recovery.  We can accompany to meetings, as needed, in order to get an you established in the program routine.  Additionally, we will assist you in developing daily disciplines that will help reduce stress, promote self-esteem and make Wellness a daily priority.  We will meet you wherever you are in your stage of recovery, and will never give up encouraging sobriety.

In-Home Support

Sometimes  routine visits and periodic phone calls are all that an individual may need to keep them connected.  Others may need more extensive involvement.  In home visits offer social stimulation, opportunities to observe targeted concerns, monitor for medication side effects, call in prescription refills, schedule and transport to doctor appointments, prompt for hygiene and personal care, etc.
